Even though many of our ranges are exclusive and unique to Scartop, we do compare prices with similar goods to ensure that Scartop offers you the customer the best value.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards, including; visa, master card, switch and solo. We will accept payment by cheque but please allow 14 days for clearance.

DELIVERY

Items up to 20 kilos cost £12 unless an item is very high volume and low weight in these circumstances you will be contacted to discuss options. It may be possible to include more than one item in a package making your carriage less expensive. High volume and heavier items depicted by the icon of a little van, and in particular models of furniture and multiple item deliveries can be delivered for £35 south of a line between Falkirk and Glasgow. Deliveries above that line are £65. We have such a diverse selection of products lead times can vary between next day to 3 to 4 weeks. The latter would apply to furniture that is to be spray painted, the former could apply to an accessory that can be drawn from stock. However, a Scartop team Member will be in touch in all instances.

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, UK mainland only.
Furniture deliveries will be on a 40ft vehicle with a driver only, assistance for furniture deliveries will be required.
Customers will be contacted with an approximate delivery date by e-mail within 48hrs of placing their orders and contacted again one or two days before their actual delivery with further details.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that any items ordered will fit into the intended space and all doorways leading to it. Any extra information that would help our delivery drivers is always welcome.
