I have been coming for years but havent been for some time as my husband and i felt the shop wasnt as welcoming in the past but on sunday we was in the area and decided to have a look round. He was kind enough to pass us a catologue and a card and said make sure you do ! We felt the whole experiance was brilliant and even tho we only purchased a small item we felt like we spent thousands ! We will have no hesitation to return and purchase our furniture from you !"

When your online system was unable to deal with my purchase because I live off the mainland, I had to order by phone. My call, which involved complicated dual delivery instructions, was dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. "Just want to say thanks to Paul and his Team at Scartop Heywood for their professional help and advice. I have recently purchased the Canterbury range from the shop floor.

I arranged delivery for 18 March but then requested it to be brought forward to 11 March. Paul did his upmost to bring it forward keeping me informed at all times. The delivery men were friendly and helpful and rang to say they were delayed and arrived at 6.00pm.

I would definately recommend your store to friends and colleagues and will be calling in myself from time to time.
